Content License Agreement

This Content License governs your rights to use AI-generated music produced through iFinesseMusic Studio. By generating content, you accept the license terms corresponding to your subscription tier.
License Tiers Overview
Standard (Free) — Personal Use License
- Use on personal social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) with disclosure that AI was used
- Non-exclusive — iFinesseMusic retains all rights
- NO commercial use (streaming royalties, music sales, sync licensing)
- NO exclusive rights assignment
- NO trademark/copyright registration
- "Certified Kali J Beats" producer tag embedded on all outputs
- iFinesseMusic retains right to use content for platform promotion
Pro ($29.99/mo) — Commercial Use License
- Commercial streaming (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music)
- Social media monetization without disclosure requirements
- Non-exclusive — iFinesseMusic retains joint ownership
- iFinesseMusic receives 15% of net mechanical publishing income
- You receive 85% of streaming/sales revenue
- Remove producer tag option
- NO exclusive rights transfer to third parties
- Register your share of copyright with iFinesseMusic listed as joint owner
Premium ($74.99/mo) — Enhanced Commercial License
- Everything in Pro tier
- Sync licensing (film, TV, advertising) — iFinesseMusic receives 15% of sync fees
- Early access to new AI models
- Priority processing queue
- Analytics dashboard showing track performance
- Remove producer tag
Elite ($299/mo) — Full Rights Assignment (12 tracks/year)
- Everything in Premium tier
- Full exclusive rights assignment for up to 12 tracks per year
- Register 100% copyright in your name (iFinesseMusic retains non-exclusive promotional license)
- Sell exclusive rights to third parties (labels, publishers)
- 100% of proceeds from exclusive sales — iFinesse takes nothing
- Mechanical royalty share: iFinesseMusic receives 15% of net publishing (for AI production contribution)
- Sync licensing: 85% to you, 15% to iFinesseMusic
- API access for bulk production
- Dedicated support channel
Pay-As-You-Go Credits
Pay-as-you-go purchases are treated as Standard tier licenses by default (personal use). To upgrade to commercial use, subscribe to Pro or higher.
Remove producer tag: +$5/track added to PAYG purchase. Still treated as Standard tier unless you also have an active Pro+ subscription.
Reference Track Usage
⚠️ Important: If you use reference tracks owned by third parties (artist demos, existing songs, etc.), you are solely responsible for obtaining necessary licenses from the copyright holder. iFinesseMusic's AI may incorporate stylistic elements from reference tracks. Reference tracks are processed and not stored after production.
Royalty Structure
For tracks generated under paid tiers, revenue is split as follows:

Prohibited Uses
- Claiming AI-generated content as 100% human-produced
- Using Standard tier content for commercial purposes without upgrading
- Registering Standard/Pro/Premium content under exclusive copyright without iFinesseMusic's consent
- Using reference tracks you don't have rights to
- Training competing AI models on iFinesseMusic outputs
- Reselling AI Content as "original" to other AI music platforms
