Billing Policy

Subscriptions (Pro, Premium, Elite)

  • Subscription is billed monthly on the date you signed up
  • You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No partial month refunds for unused days
  • Unused track allowances do NOT roll over to the next month
  • Track allowances refresh each month on your billing date

Pay-As-You-Go Credits

  • Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase date
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
  • Producer tag removal ($5) is a one-time charge per track — non-refundable after production starts

Refund Eligibility

✅ Eligible for Refund

  • Technical failure: If our AI system failed to produce a track due to a bug or server error, you will receive a full credit refund or track regeneration
  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged twice for the same purchase
  • Unauthorized transaction: If you didn't authorize the charge (contact us immediately)
  • Subscription not received: If the service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours in a billing period (pro-rated refund)

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind: No refunds for "I don't like the beat" or creative disagreements
  • AI-generated content: Once a track is generated and downloaded, it cannot be refunded (you heard a preview before downloading)
  • Misunderstanding of product: No refunds if you didn't read the tier descriptions before purchasing
  • Producer tag removal: $5 charge is non-refundable once production begins
  • Credits expired: Unused credits that have expired per the 12-month validity period
  • 30+ days after purchase: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email billing@ifinessemusic.com with your account email and order details
  2. Describe the issue in detail — attach screenshots if applicable
  3. We review requests within 3 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days (back to original payment method)

Chargebacks

Important: If you initiate a credit card chargeback without first contacting us, your account will be immediately suspended. Chargebacks for valid subscriptions may result in account termination and forfeiture of generated content rights. Always contact us first — we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime from your account settings
  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • After cancellation, your account reverts to Standard (Free) tier
  • Generated tracks remain yours — your license to use them depends on your tier at time of generation
  • To reactivate, simply subscribe again
